Ocean Waves

This is a picture I took when I was in Kauai. It was tough to time the wave to get the effect I wanted, but after about 20 shots it turned out pretty good I thought.

I like the sea, thus I like your photo. The impression of wave that approaches delicately us is pleasant. I would have moved away from the centre to bring to light the photographed subjec, imho. ;)

@Pixim: What do you mean by this... "moved away from the centre to bring to light the photographed subjec." I just want to understand so I can use the information to learn and improve my works. I love the criticism as well as the ideas on how to improve.

Often, people of the photographic art speak about the rule of thirds. In this particular case, by keeping only a third party of the sky, and two thirds of sea, the importance of the sea shall be growing and the spectator know your choice of subject. Excuse me for my English, excuses as well the IT translator, but certainly as the subject must be treated in English on various sites, I look...
